This project is a beauty device advertising video production and 3D beauty device showcase created to effectively communicate the design and brand image of the Luminuvo beauty device. Lighting, reflections, and glowing effects that would be difficult to achieve through live-action filming were recreated in CGI, allowing the product’s premium image and technical atmosphere to be communicated in a clear and visually engaging way.

As more beauty devices continue to enter the home-care and aesthetic market, the use of 3D visual content to effectively present product design and function has also become more important. Beauty device videos are generally produced in two main formats: a showcase-style 3D video that highlights the product’s exterior and design, and a skin simulation video that explains skin changes and the device’s working principles during use.

Most brands use both types of content together to communicate the visual appeal of the product as well as its functional benefits.

Visual Approach

The Luminuvo video was created as a showcase-style production focused on the device’s exterior and overall brand mood. The project emphasized the product’s form, material quality, and illuminated light effects in order to deliver a sophisticated and premium product image.

Dramatic camera movement and lighting direction were used to highlight the device’s dimensional form and details, while various laser colors and light shapes were visualized to intuitively express the technological character of the beauty device.

By using flexible camera direction and refined lighting effects that are difficult to achieve in live-action filming, the video more effectively presents both the product’s design quality and the brand identity. The result is a beauty device advertising video suitable for a wide range of applications, including digital advertising, social media content, product detail pages, and brand promotions.
