PRP Tube Structure and Blood Separation Process | Medical Device 3D Animation
Project Type
Medical Device
Date
June 2026
Location
South Korea
This medical device 3D animation project was created to clearly communicate the structure of the PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Tube and the blood separation process. After blood collection, the centrifugation process separates the sample into red blood cells, plasma, and a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) layer. This process was precisely visualized through micro-scale 3D imagery, making it easier to intuitively understand both the product structure and its operating principles. Based on real medical workflows, Studio99 developed this 3D content with careful attention to both scientific accuracy and visual quality.
The animation realistically illustrates the internal structure of the PRP Tube, including its specialized separation layer, as well as the mechanism through which blood components are gradually separated during centrifugation. It also visualizes how highly concentrated platelets (PRP) are extracted and how the separation process helps minimize impurities, effectively highlighting the product’s core technology and functional advantages.
By turning subtle internal changes in the blood—details that are difficult to observe directly—into clear and engaging 3D animation, the project effectively communicates the technical value of the PRP Tube, which is used across a range of medical fields including regenerative medicine, skin regeneration, and tissue recovery. This medical device 3D visualization content can be used for a variety of purposes, including medical device marketing, sales presentations, conference presentations, exhibitions, and educational materials.
