Vertical 3D Cosmetic Ad Inspired by the UFO Product Concept

This project is a vertical cosmetic advertising video developed from the product name UFO.
The story begins inside an airplane, where a mysterious UFO appears outside the window. After tracking the unidentified object, the actual product is finally revealed.

Rather than simply showing the product name and design, the video turns the concept into a short visual story, making the product more memorable through creative 3D video production.

Turning the Product Name Into the Video Concept

One of the main goals of this project was to find an engaging way to visualize the name “UFO.”

Instead of revealing the product immediately, the video first introduces an unidentified object outside the airplane window, followed by a chase sequence. This builds curiosity and encourages viewers to keep watching before the final reveal, where the mysterious UFO turns out to be the product itself.

3D Product Video Combining Reality and Virtual Elements

The airplane interior and character scenes were designed with a realistic look, while the UFO and product reveal were created using 3D graphics.

Special attention was given to lighting direction, camera movement, and perspective so that the real environment and virtual objects would blend naturally. The sequence flows from the product flying like a UFO and approaching the camera to the lid opening and revealing the formula inside.

Fast-Paced Storytelling for Reels

Because this video was created for a vertical Reels format, strong first impressions and fast scene transitions were more important than lengthy explanations.

The opening uses the message “What’s Next?” to create curiosity, while scan-screen graphics and chase-style direction add energy and momentum. The key objective was to make the product name, design, and overall concept memorable within a short running time.
