Project Overview

This project is a 3D product visualization created to intuitively communicate the real-world usage and functionality of the ECOCHE food waste disposer. The animation presents the entire process—from food input and grinding to waste processing—through CGI, allowing viewers to clearly understand the product’s performance, usability, and overall user experience.

Beyond a simple product demonstration, the project focuses on conveying both hygiene and convenience, while visually explaining internal mechanical operations that are difficult to capture through real-world filming.

Visualization Approach

The animation utilizes exploded view sequences to reveal the internal structure and working mechanisms of the device, which are otherwise hidden from external view. Through detailed 3D simulation, the product’s mechanical design and functional principles are presented in a clear and intuitive way, making complex engineering concepts easy to understand.

To enhance realism and product performance perception, particle simulations were used to depict food waste being finely processed into small particles. Additionally, airflow-based visualization was designed to represent odor absorption, while smoke and moisture effects were implemented through CGI to emphasize a hygienic and clean processing environment.

By visualizing internal operations and airflow systems that cannot be captured through traditional filming, the animation effectively communicates both the technical reliability and user-friendly nature of the product. The result is a high-end 3D product advertising animation that highlights performance, hygiene, and engineering precision.
